Anyone know how to fix this problem if 91% alcohol don’t dissolve the chem but mix it to herb anyways

Swim as “i”, So I got my first package and I saw someone make it before but never did it myself but anyways I make a test batch 1 gram to 28 grams I had the chem 5femb then I did 1.5gs the next batch of fub2201 then I did 3.5 gs to 28 gs Its a lot but it’s because it wasnt stroung enough it was too much chem for the 150ml of 91% alcohal but i basically removed 6 grams from the 5femb batch then I mixed all of it together plus put the last .5 of 5f to first batch because I didn’t feel 1-28 on 5f but ya I basically have a batch containing 6 grams of chem in 2.8 ounces wen I did this I relized that the chem had to dissolve not just stir for a minute or crush up crystals like 5f in the alcohol which I did btw but then I was hearing that the reason it didn’t was that it was 91% instead of 99% but you can see powder on outside of herbs and with 3.5 batch i made a goey white spot but then mixed it a lot to make it not visible so my question is this can I fix this problem do I have to make a new batch with 99% alc this time instead of 91 or acetone? or is it worse I got a weak noid but and also used catnip(not best) and 5f was brown crystal while fub was white powder they are new new chems as well so I won’t find reviews on the noid but I think I am ether not doing something right more than using right stuff or the noid sucks what you think? Could I fix my 2.8 oz batch or idk what to do

use acetone in the future. just be sure its the right kind.
