Is FUB-AMB still legal in the u.s.?

I have been doing research on FUB-AMB/AMB-FUBINICA, but when I looked it up it seemed that the U.S. said they were planning to bang it but haven't actually done it yet. So is it illegal?

If it is illegal, are there any other synthetic cannabinoids with that last for about an hour and are more euphoric than sedating?

It was popular until summer of 2017 then the US had some states ban it (LA I think) and the Chinese government banned it which caused many large scale Chinese vendors who were responsible for a significant amount of the output to begin producing alternative noids such as 5fADB FUBAEB etc

I'm sure it's still around but it definitely was banned by Chinese government in August 2017 so any legit Chinese vendor that adheres to Chinese law won't be offering it but others will.

I checked the federal register, like I should have done to begin with before responding lol, and fubamb was indeed scheduled in November of 2017 by the DEA so it is currently illegal in the US. I believe that particular emergency scheduling expires sometime in the next year or so but my understanding is that they typically have a more permanent scheduling prepared by the originals' expiration arrives so it looks like good ole AMB-FUBINACA is on the list of cannabinoids uncle Sam insists we don't consume. Conclusion: uncle Sam is a fag
