Noid Liquid Chemical Identification

I know that there cannot be mention of brand names here, and I'm sorry to any mod who sees this but I need this information badly so I can keep myself safe. There is a synthetic juice called Kentucky Backwoods and I was wondering what research chemical is in it. I know that the K-liquid contains sgt-25 but I haven't heard of the juice I mentioned, If anyone has any insight on what could be in it please let me know, I don't want to fill my body with something that will kill me. I live In Savannah, GA if that matters.

I'm getting it from a friend so I'm just going off of what he said
