How would I make a C-Liquid?

I've decided to buy AB-FUBINACA. If I had a 60mL bottle of 70 VG/30 PG with 0% nicotine, what would the correct dose be to mix it in with juice? Is that all I need to do? Do I just weigh the appropriate amount and mix it with the juice, or is there something more I'm missing?

Are you doing noids because you're on probation or just because you want to? Either way, it's really not worth it anymore. They used to be decent drugs, especially for those like myself on probation who can't smoke weed, but now the ones available are absolutely terrible, incredibly addictive, and cause serious mental and health problems. If you've already ordered the noid, what I would do is throw it away as soon as it arrives, but a 12 pack of beer, and reflect on the good decision you've just made.
