I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH ALL OF THIS LOL

So, I use to smoke noids heavy. I'm talking about blunts at a time everyday almost non stop expect for when I was passed out and would wake up just to hit it and pass back out. So, I got sick of spending so much and got hooked up with a good source. But then I ended up going to jail and my tolerance went down to 0. Now I am afraid to even take one hit. I have over a pound of it along with the pure form of it and have no idea what to do with it. Sometimes it's hard to have that much around and not think about going back to my own ways. What do you guys think I should do? I've been thinking about just throwing it all away and that's that. But when I try to do it. I stop myself and can't do it. For the people who has been addicted and tried stopping when it was around, how do you handle it? What helped you stop noids for good?
