Question About Intermittent Usage
So I'm sure there isn't a blanket answer
but I'd like a general idea if someone can provide their thoughts.
I usually smoke a blend Friday night,
Saturday & Sunday and then take the weekdays off. I dont smoke a lot,
literally put a few flakes in the bowl and smoke till I feel lifted.
On my off days I feel no withdrawal
symptoms other than a slightly down mood.
My question is how many days on could I go
before I start getting into dangerous waters and also how many days off would I
need to get back to baseline?
By no fault of your own, you're asking a
nearly impossible question to accurately answer unless you can provide the
exact name of the chemical on your blend. If you were asking about JWH-018 or
any of the other legacy compounds, I could tell you some decent personal
history about use, withdrawal and a return to baseline timeline. But now, with
the chems that are compromising these blends, it's anyone's guess. I can tell
you that modern day "legal" blends are a very slippery slippery slope
into a bad situation comprised of withdrawal symptoms, overwhelming re-dosing
urges and a some weird effects on your general health / well being.
With all of that said, I was once like you
when it came to the legacy blends comprised of JWH-018, JWH-073, AM-2201,
JWH-019, JWH-250, etc. Occasional to infrequent use, no withdrawal symptoms, no
health issues and no problems overall. But now, years later, I tried two blends
available on the west coast and after a week I knew I had a whole different
monster had me by the ass. I was acting like a crack-head and had horrible
withdrawal symptoms when I eventually stopped. As I've said before, I'm lucky I
didn't end up dead, hospitalized or jailed.
You need to develop a set of rules for
yourself regarding the frequency of use, amount and activities to never do
while using them. (ie. driving, attending important functions, etc) Once you
find yourself bending or breaking those rules, you're on your way into bad, bad
territory in quick fashion. Stop. The problem with modern day blends is that it
grabs you by the head so hard you don't care about rules and you simply cannot
stop until things are way beyond control.
Beware.
Appreciate the response and I agree with
all that was said about setting up rules.
