What have I done? -Advice needed

Pretty sure this is a useless post considering I don't know the name of the specific 'noid but here goes nothing

It's been about a week since I've stopped using spice and I'm having some pretty serious physical side-effects and going to the doctor just isn't an option (unless it has to be)

I can't eat anymore and I just don't feel right. I constantly feel like I've had about 10 cups of coffee and I can't enjoy my cigarettes anymore, they make me nauseous.

My stomach starts tying itself in a knot every other 3 hours, and I can't handle any soft-drinks or anything other than water.

I just randomly vomit now, and since I haven't been able to eat in a few days - it's just bile. Sometimes I don't even have any of that, but I don't feel well until I "finish" - then I am very sensitive to temperature change for the rest of the day, just the breeze from a fan makes me feel like I'm running a fever (maybe i am) - It almost feels like I've completely fucked my entire digestive system up but at random.

I have an intense job I have to do tomorrow and I can't sleep and I can't take sleeping pills because I won't wake up on time.

Any OTC medications I should try? Just anything? It's not like a constant nausea, it's a random one which is almost infinitely worse. Any time I eat anything or drink anything, I'm destined to puke a few hours later. Is this normal symptoms from withdrawals from spice? I still have some laying around, but I don't think it's a good idea to use it anymore simply because I think it will reverse any progress I've made so far with stopping it.

ANY advice is very much appreciated

you gotta ride it out man. i had a nasty addiction to the spice. well it progressed to sprinkling raw powder in roll ups 24hrs a day practically.

the only thing that will get you through is benzos / sleep.

if its viable i would take the week off work and sleep as much as you can.

drink lots of water and get vitamins.

its hell but so is spice addiction

good luck buddy

Those are pretty normal withdrawals for spice. You prob can't get any real weed to help i guess (it will only take 10% of the edge off). You can try maybe some CBD to see if that helps heal your endocannabinoid system since it's fried and maybe kratom to take the edge off. Not much you can do but let the body heal it's self. Hang in there it's not forever just a few days.

I'd 2nd the kratom. I started to go through what you are explaining and went and got some kratom that same afternoon and have felt fine since. Take a few g's of kratom every 6 hrs for a few days and it should all pass by with minimal discomfort. Good luck...just remember that kratom can cause its own withdrawal if taken too often so only take what you need to make the noiddrawls go away.

throw tht shit away. stay hydrated im sure it will pass. just think you could keep using and make these wds 10x worse until they kill you. exactly.

Lots, and lots of thanks to you guys! We are finally 2 weeks clean from all 'noids, and quite honestly I think it's better if it stays that way. You guys have been a tremendous help and have encouraged me and comforted me in ways that perfect strangers will never understand!

First get rid of the noids so you won't be tempted to use it again. Then like UR313 said, you have to ride it out.

I would highly recommend taking large doses of melatonin to help you sleep. You can dose high with melatonin and it won't make you groggy the next day. I'm talking 40-50 mg at a time. Benzos help as well, a lot.

Also, get yourself some cold beer or whatever your drink of choice is. In the evenings, or when you get off work, get yourself a nice buzz going. Don't overdo it, but the alcohol will help you calm down and feel better.

You could also look into taking some kratom. If your stomach is still super sensitive, brew it in a tea. Bring water to a boil, add the kratom, simmer on low for 20 mins, then strain through a towel or t-shirt into a glass. Add some honey or sugar to cut the bitterness. It doesn't taste good, but it may help.

Just know that you will get through this. It sucks now, but quitting noids is the best decision you can make right now. You'll feel like yourself again, just give it some time.

Best of luck.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER

I almost died from dehydration recently, the throwing up bile is a very bad sign. You need to do everything you can to eat and drink anything, or you could die too

Hospital on IV drips saved me, about 5 days in of almost no eating or drinking and I could hardly move

I used "spice" multiple times a day, every day, for a year and a half. I have been clean from them for going on 4 years now, what you are going through will end after some time. It's the long term effects that make me wish i never touched the stuff. Pretty much most of my early childhood memories are gone. I can barely recall things that happened a few days ago. Also, not sure if its related, but i don't dream anymore. To sum it all up, fuck synthetic cannabinoids. If you can, smoke the hell out of real weed. it won't do much at first, but its a life saver when you're fiending.

I never had any of these symptoms even after using multiple times daily for a couple years.

You could try treating the symptoms. Maybe Dramamine for the nausea. Finagrin if you can locate some.

Is it possible you've just caught a bug at the same time you are quitting?

Macha powder bro, natural detox. Or some ginger or turmeric tea. Just grind it up and boil it in some hot water, Try taking some natural b12 supplements, cbd oil, kratom, or kanna. P.s. I'm proud you stopped, this stuff ruins lives and people just don't realize that because they're to gone to even feel it. I still have dreams of scoring and I've been clean for a good while. I hate those dreams..
